Submission Check List - Electronic Submission (by Email)
Check off the items below (This list need not be sent when submitting the play) SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: ____ Script and Application Emailed by FEBRUARY 2, 2025 ____ Application submitted is a PDF. (Submit on a Separate Document) ____ Script submitted is a PDF. (Submit on a Separate Document) ____ Full Contact Information is on the cover/title page. Title, Writer, Address, Phone #, Email Address, Agent - if applicable ____ Submit the Application and the Script in the same email. ____ Script pages are numbered. ____ Brief Synopsis of the play, no longer than 1/2 page, after the Cover Page. ____ Under the Synopsis, a two sentence Log Line. ____ Brief Character Descriptions for all characters, before the play text. ____ Settings - List all settings before the play text. ____ Set Requirements - List all set requirements ____ If multiple settings, include a list of Scenes and their Settings. ____ Subject Line of Email: Contest Submission: (the name of your play) ____ Payment has been made by PayPal OR Major Credit Card. ____ The script is less than 90 pages (U.S. Stage Play Format) OR under 2 hours. One inch margins top, bottom and sides; font size similar to Courier 12. (Stage Play Format preferred though NOT required) ____ Script and Application are sent together, as individual attachments, by FEBRUARY 2, 2025 in one email to: [email protected] |
